    ღ 簡單日式咖喱飯 ღ

          咖啡杯๑日式兒童咖喱飯製作過程๑咖啡杯
            ︵︵︵︵︵︵︵︵︵︵︵︵︵︵︵︵︵︵︵︵︵︵
            今趟煮一碟只須用半小時,
            超簡單便能夠完成美味又適合小朋友吃的咖喱飯~


             三至四人份量材料:

             日式咖喱磚  3至4格
                雞扒  2塊
              美國焗薯  2個
                洋蔥  半個 
                甘荀  1條 
                 鹽  少許 
     
             
    做法:
    1.先將雞扒, 薯仔, 洋蔥, 甘荀,全部切粒
    2.落油爆香洋蔥 
    3.加入雞扒肉炒至半熟
     
    4.然後加入薯仔略炒
    5.再加入甘荀略炒
              
    6.之後加两碗開水
     
    7.煮滾後,加入日式咖喱磚
    8.煮熔咖喱磚再拌勻
              

    9.最後蓋好鍋蓋用慢火(即大概120℃火力)
      煲大概10至15分鐘,加鹽調味
     
    最後最後步驟,當然是用一隻碟盛載飯,
    加上咖喱汁變成:
                ๑日式兒童咖喱飯๑                                       
                     (做成一個便當也不錯的(^v^)                
     

     

     
    溫馨小提示:
     
    煮這個咖喱飯,主要當然用日式咖喱磚,
    基本上它是一份不用調味的咖喱,
    有分甜味,中辣及辣味,
    由於它的調味料加入了蘋果及蜜糖,
    故此就算是辣味,也辣不出花樣~
    所以這個簡單方便快捷的咖喱,
    是最適合小朋友的口味 >v<
     
    另外,緊記:要用美國焗薯啊~
    (原因...自己想一想吧!! =v=)
